At ŽĎAS, along with several other coworkers, he organized a general strike in November 1989

He organized expeditions to the Auschwitz and Mauthausen concentration camps

Bohumil Kokrda, Miloslav Novák, and Stanislav Cába belonged among main actors of the domestic anti-communist resistance group, the Legion of Freedom - DAAK. They were sentenced during 17-19 February 1954 along with Dominik Tálský for treason
