Father Adolf Pinkava, born in Dolní Radechová in 1891. He lost both parents at age four and was raised by a neighbour in a shepherd’s cabin.

Josef Pinkava’s native house, which his parents bought from grandmother in Končiny in 1922. His father built the barn.
