A stallion named Dubi and Alois Bradáč, about six years old, perched on him, photographed in the yard of the Bradáč farm. The stallion's neighing on the fateful night of the deportation of families from Gerník (June 1951) was also remembered by P. Václav Mašek, Gerník, late 1940s

At the time of the deportation (1951-1956), a total of eighteen villages were built by the displaced people. The deported Banat Czech families lived in the settlement of Ezeru, Călărași district
