Notification of the death of Zdeněk Dragoun at the Liberec Town Hall

Bronze memorial plaque to the victims of invasion with stylized tank belts was unveiled by the city of Liberec on 21 August 1990 on the initiative of Miroslav Bernard, who was shot on 21 August 1968 in Liberec and to whom the last sequemnt of the tank belt without a name is dedicated. The author of the plaque is the academic sculptor Jiří Gdovín.
