The following text is not a historical study. It is a retelling of the witness’s life story based on the memories recorded in the interview. The story was processed by external collaborators of the Memory of Nations. In some cases, the short biography draws on documents made available by the Security Forces Archives, State District Archives, National Archives, or other institutions. These are used merely to complement the witness’s testimony. The referenced pages of such files are saved in the Documents section.

PhDr. Marie Rút Křížková (* 1936  †︎ 2020)

• narozena 15. června 1936 v Miličíně

• v letech 1940 až 1941 deportována se sestrou Evou do kolaborantské rodiny

• 1951–1955 studium na pedagogickém gymnáziu v Liberci

• 1956 svatba, rozvod v r. 1963

• v letech 1955–1970 pracovala jako učitelka

• 1963–1968 dálkové studium na FF UK v Praze

• 1970–1986 podřadné práce – lesní dělnice, třídička pošty

• 1971 o svátku Simchat Tora přijata do židovské náboženské obce, obdržela jméno Rút

• v lednu 1977 podepsala Prohlášení Charty 77, v r. 1983 její mluvčí

• 1991 doktorát PhDr. na UK v Praze

• zemřela 4. prosince 2020
